• All clients and staff must wear masks while in Truman’s.
  • All stations will be sanitized between services.
  • Staff will either wear gloves and change them between clients or wash their hands between every client.
  • All staff will be temperature tested each day.
  • Reservations are strongly recommended.
  • We ask that clients show up right on time for their appointments and do not spend long periods of time in our waiting area.
  • We will try to accommodate walk-ins, but do not want clients spending long periods of time in the waiting area, therefore we may ask you to come back precisely when we can accommodate you.
  • Any client who has been sick or had a fever in the 14 days prior to their appointment will be asked to reschedule their appointment to after 14 days of being sick. Cancellation fees will be waived for illness.
  • Any client who has either tested positive for Covid or has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for Covid within 14 days should reschedule their appointment
  • We will accept all types of payment, however for tips the majority of our staff will have venmo accounts with barcodes to make cashless tipping as easy as possible which is preferred.
  • If tipping by cash please no licking of envelopes, tape will be provided.
  • Nail Services will not be available until July 6th per NYC Salon Reopening Guidelines.
